Project preparation & preconstruction meeting

We will acquire development and building permits, prepare the drawings, and set a work schedule. Then, we hold a pre-construction meeting at your home to review the plan and address any last-minute questions or concerns.

Project construction

The basement or project construction phase – which consists of framing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, and more – typically lasts 12-14 weeks.
